cherry days and potato heads

I have lots of pictures from the summer that I want to post. It doesn't seem worth it to try and post them in chronological order, perhaps I'll just post them as I stumble across them because that requires less effort and I can skip around at my fancy. Below they we are at the cherry festival as Joachim generously share some of his parade loot.




This last weekend we went up to Blue Mesa Reservoir for a day by the lake with Chase and Pidge, sadly there are no pictures because I brought my case WITHOUT the camera! In classic Uncle Chase fashion he got the kids Mr and Mrs Potatohead and he and Pidge spoiled them with lego play. Joachim has been playing with both constantly since we got back, but I got the biggest kick out Anna who knew exactly what the earrings were for and insists on wearing them whenever she stumbles across them in the mess that is our floor.
